We are glad to hear from readers. The best way to reach Scarlet Flores Journal is by email at info@scarletflores.com. We are a small, independent journal based in San Antonio, so please allow some time for a reply.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If a fact on one of our pages looks wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what you believe is correct. A link to a public source, such as a government health page or a venue's official site, helps us check quickly.
- Story tips. Suggest a midlife-wellbeing topic you would like explained in plain English, or a question you wish someone had answered for you.
- San Antonio ideas. Know a quiet garden path, a walking route or a venue worth a night out? We are always adding to guides like Garden Walks in San Antonio and A Night Out in San Antonio.
- Website problems. Broken links, pages that do not display properly or accessibility issues.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We are not a clinic and cannot give advice about symptoms, treatment, hormone therapy, medicines or supplements. Please talk to your doctor, nurse or pharmacist. In an emergency, call 911.
- Orders and refunds. We do not sell anything, so we have no orders, subscriptions or returns to process. If you are trying to reach a company you bought from, please contact that company directly.
- Product reviews or promotions. We do not endorse products and do not accept payment for coverage.
- Tickets and bookings. We do not sell tickets. For shows, tours and opening times, use each venue's official channels.
