Can I use GEM™ with other medications?

Do any of the ingredients have negative reactions to prescription drugs?
Black Cohosh is an active ingredient in the GEM Keep it cool formula. Use of black cohosh in high-risk populations (such as in women with a history of breast cancer) should be under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Do not take black cohosh without first talking to your doctor or health care provider if you are pregnant or could become pregnant.
Are there any side effects by drinking any of the GEM™ products?
There are no known side effects for the ingredients used in GEM™ products. As with all herbal supplements, you should consult your health care professional if you are taking prescription medicines before trying GEM™.
Are GEM products safe to use while pregnant?

How long will it take for me to feel the effects of any of the GEM products?
We recommend you take GEM products once a day, every day for a minimum of 30 days to feel the effects of each formula. As you continue to take GEM daily, you will feel noticeably better month after month.
Please keep in mind that with any over the counter remedy, women may experience results at various intervals. While some women have had noticeable results from “GEM Keep it cool” within a few weeks, others have experience results after the first full 30 days.

Do I still take GEM even after my symptoms have subsided?
As with any natural or prescribed remedy for menopausal symptoms, if your body is still going through the change, and you stop taking GEM, you will begin to experience the symptoms almost immediately. That’s why we recommend taking 8 oz. of GEM Keep it cool every day.
If I drank more than the suggested amount will it be harmful to my health?
