To obtain a refund, you must do the following: Contact our customer care center by phone at (877) 394-7585 on or before your 30 day trial is completed. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is valid for 30 days (from time of RMA receipt) and must be written on the outside of the box containing the returned product. To receive your refund, you must return and we must receive the returned product within this 30 day period, i.e., before the RMA number expires. Please be sure to write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Our customer care hours are Monday-Friday 7am – 5pm PST, for your convenience.
To return your products, place the empty bottles in a box with your original invoice, the RMA number and send it to us. We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked “return to sender”, refused or for orders past the 30 day Trial period. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. A refund will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. You may cancel your orders at any time.
